THE EXPENDABLES 3 Casting: Ford Is In + Final Trailer For ENDER'S GAME



Sylvester Stallone has announced that the role of "Mr. Church" has seen its run in the Expendables storyline with Red 2 actor Bruce Wills now out of the film, with Harrison Ford now appearing in The Expendables three. Directed by Australian filmmaker Patrick Hughes, the news comes just as a handful of new casting announcents had been created, such as actor Kellan Lutz and MMA pro Victor Ortiz. Specialist fighter Ronda Rousey was also confirmed for a function in the upcoming film, with her character now becoming described as named Luna, 20-anything "athletic bartender" who  teams up with the "Old Expendables" to aid take out a single of their personal.

The news also comes as Ford lately was quoted by SuperheroHype.net in an interview with The Telegraph, about his thoughts on a fifth theatrical installation of the Indiana Jones film franchise. "We've observed the character create and grow more than a period of time and it really is perfectly proper and okay for him to come back again with a great film about him where he does not necessarily have to kick as considerably ass," he says. "To me, what was intriguing about the character was that he prevailed, that he had courage, that he had wit, that he had intelligence, that he was frightened and that he still managed to survive. That I can do."

The Expendables three script is getting penned by Olympus Has Fallen scribes Creighton Rothenberger and Katrin Benedikt, with the film shooting in Bulgaria this month. Actors Jason StathamMickey RourkeDolph LundgrenSteven Seagal, Wesley SnipesArnold Schwarzenegger, Jackie Chan and Mel Gibson are expected to return. The film is slated for a summer 2014 release.

Stallone will also be starring in the upcoming boxing dramedy, Grudge Match later this year, in addition to the next Rocky spin-off, Creed starring Michael B. Jordan.

Ford is also starring in the director Gavin Hood's upcoming November 1, 2013 release of the sci-fi war epic, Ender's Game, which also stars Asa Butterfield, Hailed Steinfeld, Abigail Breslin and Ben Kingsley. You can view the final trailer beneath.
