A Reluctant Soldier Leads The Fight Against An Alien Invasion In The New Shortfilm, KILL SHELTER

Film writer and producer Viet Huynh took to YouTube this week to ultimately release his newest project, a contained sci-fi action horror thriller, Kill Shelter. Directed, edited and co-written by Paul Nicoletos, the shortfilm stars actor Billy Bussey and young actress Charlotte White in a story that requires location in an apocalyptic future where Earth is taken more than by aliens and mankind is chained and prisoned liked animals until they are exterminated.

Shot on location at the abandoned Linda Vista Community Hospital in Los Angeles, California in 2011, Kill Shelter was initially intended as a pitch to attainable backers for hopeful function film. The shortfilm at some point produced its way to the film festival circuit, garnering a number of nominations, including three awards at this summer's Action On Film festival.

The film lasts about 14 minutes featuring superb performances from the cast and crew, including lead actor Bussey who also does his own stunts, accompanied by fight choreographer Surawit Sae Kang, and his group comprised of Kerry Wong, Joe Perez, Morgan Benoit, Darren Haddrell and Wei Wang. Kill Shelter also stars Dorian Martin with John Ferrie, Steve Slome, and Justin Born making for Reloaded Films

Bussey's credits also incorporate the newly released Extraction on Crackle, and the Giorgio Serafini-helmed Blood Of Redemption, and the upcoming sci-fi quick, Icarus Down, which is presently looking for crowdfunding for completion.
